Beautiful historic hotel! Staff were helpful, room was cozy and well decorated, history was so interesting. Palace in arms was a great experience! Love the live piano in the lobby, wonderful memories made here.

Staff was never around. Other than a clean place to sleep and a safe neighborhood. Wouldn’t do this ..."

A/C is good but limits it to lowest setting of 65 degrees. You have to pay for valet parking, but it was expected due to being in a busy downtown ..."
